So for the record, the only time President McDumbass has used his mighty "veto pen" has been to NOT ALLOW federal funding of stem-cell research and to ALLOW torture.
...okay, that's not fair. He also totally vetoed a Childrens Health Insurance Program...TWICE!!!
And who knows...maybe Dubya thinks this is the "waterboarding" they're talking about?!
